Makes 1 serving

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup rolled oats
  2. 1 cup liquid of your choice (water, milk, almond milk etc.)

Directions:

  1. Combine liquid and oats
  2. Microwave for 1 ½ to 2 minutes
  3. Add in optional ingredients of your choice
  4. Enjoy!

Note:

Optional toppings: cinnamon, brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, any fruit
